If it’s a new installation, we will plan a meeting with you to analyse your plans and sketches of the existing space in your kitchen. We will discuss the layout of your kitchen or bathroom, your style and texture preferences, the delay for the installation and other details required to complete your file.

If it’s a renovation, we’ll spend all the time necessary to inspect the site and take the measurements needed to draw the plans of your project at no extra charge. Please rest assured that our employees will always present themselves on time and that your file will be rigorously processed.

After this first visit, we will draw plans taking into consideration your personal tastes and ideas. We will submit you a quotation for the requested work. We will contact you within a reasonable time (3 to 5 days following the first meeting) to invite you to a virtual presentation of your new kitchen and/or bathroom.

In this presentation, we will show you images of your new space and you will be able to view it from several angles using our fantastic 3D software. We will wait for your feedback and recommend you a layout and the related budget afterwards.

If you are satisfied, we will require from you a deposit equal to 35% of the total amount. We will continue to work with you on your plans as many times as is necessary to ensure your total satisfaction. A final visit to take definitive measurements will follow. We will then be able to make the final modifications before submitting your file. Our designers will assist you in choosing textures, colours, door handles and more.
